Sweet & Spicy Glazed Salmon

Ingredients
2 Salmon Fillets
3 (tbsp) Butter (melted)
2 (tbsp) Honey
1 Clove of Garlic (crushed)
1 (tbsp) Chili Powder
1 (dash) Salt
1 (tbsp) Brown Sugar

(tsp) Paprika
Instructions
Mix together butter, honey, garlic, chili powder, and salt
In separate bowl, mix together brown sugar and paprika (set aside)
Marinate salmon fillets in butter mixture for desired time
Preheat oven to 375°
Place salmon skin side down in cast iron skillet (if desired, sear the filets in the skillet before putting it in the oven)
Sprinkle filets with brown sugar/paprika mixture and place skillet in preheated oven
Bake for approximately 15 minutes or until cooked through
When filets are cooked through, remove from oven (salmon should flake when pressed gently with a fork)
