Snickerdoodles

Ingredients

1 (C) Butter
1 ¹⁄₂ (C)s Granulated Sugar
2 Eggs
2 ³⁄₄ (C)s All Purpose Flour
2 (tsp)s Cream of Tartar
1 (tsp) Baking Soda
¹⁄₂ (tsp) Salt
1 ¹⁄₂ (tsp)s Cinnamon

Instructions

Cream together butter and sugar.
Beat in eggs.
Add dry ingredients except for cinnamon and mix well.
Refrigerate for 2 hours.
Roll in cinnamon and sugar.
Bake on ungreased sheet at 400° for 8 to 10 minutes.
