Slow Cooker Chorizo and Great Northern White Bean Stew

1 (lb) Great Northern White Beans
2 (C)s Diced Chorizo
2 Diced Bell Peppers

3 (C)s Chicken Stock
5 (C)s Water
2 Crushed Garlic Cloves
6 Strips Bacon
1 (tsp) Salt
1 (tsp) Pepper
2 (tsp)s Italian Seasoning
1 (tsp) Garlic Salt
1 (dash) Red Pepper Flakes
Instructions
Cook bacon on stovetop and break down into bits
Slice chorizo thinly and break or dice into fine bits
Put pound of dry beans into crock pot
Finely dice veggies
Add liquids
Add diced veggies
Add diced meats
Turn crock pot on high and cook for 6 hours, stirring occasionally to prevent burning
