Parmesan Cream Cheese Shells

1 (C) Spinach
1 (C) Corn

(C) Sun Dried Tomatoes

(C) Parmesan Cheese
1 (tsp) Minced Garlic
1 (tbsp) Olive Oil

(tsp)s Black Pepper
1 (tsp) Salt
1 (tsp) Onion Powder
1 (tsp) Garlic Powder
1 (tsp) Chili Powder
1 (dash) Paprika
1 (dash) Red Pepper Flakes
Instructions
Boil shells in salted water until al dente. Keep 2 cups of pasta water.
Put cream cheese into a bowl. Slowly add pasta water and sprinkles of parmesan cheese. Whisk until the mixture is creamy.
Coat bottom of a pot with olive oil and heat. Add minced garlic and sundried tomatoes and sauté for a minute.
Add corn and spices to the pot until corn is cooked.
Add spinach and continue to sauté until leaves are wilted.
Add the contents of the bowl to the pot and stir continuously for about 2 minutes until the sauce is creamy.
Add cooked pasta and toss in sauce.
Serve and finish with sprinkles of paprika
