  1. Mix PB2 powder with water until smooth
  2. Mix all ingredients together until well combined
  3. Chill in refrigerator to reduce stickiness
  4. Form into desired shape (balls, lumps, etc.) and chill

Chef's Notes

A 14g bite is 52 calories and has 2g of protein. As written, this recipe makes approximately 45 bites at this size. I used a melon baller and scooped them into a mini muffin tin. These are not required to be refrigerated, but they will keep longer and hold their form better (and taste better) if kept cold. They keep especially well in the freezer.
