Ninja Creami Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream

  1. Microwave cream cheese for 10 seconds
  2. Add sugar and mint extract to the cream cheese and stir until well blended
  3. Combine milk with half-and-half and gradually stir into sugar mixture until the sugar has dissolved
  4. Add food coloring (if desired)
  5. Transfer mixture into Ninja Cream pint with lid and freeze for 24 hours
  6. After 24 hours, remove from freezer and spin on ice cream function
  7. Add mini chocolate chips following mix-in function instructions, or stir desired amount into each serving by hand
