(C) Flour
2 (tsp)s Ground Black Pepper
1 Large Egg

(C) Panko Bread Crumbs
5 (tbsp)s Canola Oil
Instructions
Get a pan with canola oil hot enough for the oil to shimmer
Completely dry fillets with a paper towel.
Combine flour and black pepper on a plate. Coat both sides of the fillets.
In a medium bowl scramble large egg. Dip each side of the fillets in egg wash.
Put Panko crumbs on plate. Coat both sides of the fillets.
Cook fillets 3 minutes on one side, 2 minutes on the other.
Serve with your favorite condiments.
