Crock Pot Mac & Cheese With Ham

Ingredients
16 (oz)s Elbow Noodles
16 (oz) Velveeta Cheese (Cubed)
16 (oz)s Fiesta Blend Shredded Cheese (can substitute shredded cheddar)
4 (tbsp) Butter
1 (C) Whole Milk
16 (oz) Precooked Spiral Ham (Diced)
1 (tbsp) Black Pepper
3 (tbsp)s Iodized Salt
2 (tsp)s Garlic Powder
2 (tsp)s Onion Powder
Instructions
Fill a saucepan 3/4 ths of the way with water. Add iodized salt and bring to a boil.
Cube Velveeta and dice ham as finely as reasonable. Cut butter into tiny squares.
Boil elbow noodles for 7-8 minutes or until al dente. Strain with colander.
Place elbow noodles into a crock pot. Add pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder.
Add the cubed Velveeta and start stirring with wooden spoon.
Add butter, continue stirring.
Add cup of milk, continue stirring.
Add shredded cheese. Continue stirring.
Add diced ham. Stir until mixture is homogeneous
Cook on low in crock pot for 2-3 hours while stirring occasionally to avoid the edges burning.
