Banana Muffins

Ingredients:

- Flour

- Baking Powder

- Baking Soda

- Salt

- Cinnamon

- Eggs (beaten)

- Sugar

- Butter (melted)

(tbsp)
- Vanilla

- Mashed Bananas (approx. 4)

- Chia Seeds (optional)

- Chopped Walnuts (optional)
Instructions:


Preheat oven to 425°

Combine all dry ingredients (except sugar)

In separate bowl combine sugar, eggs, butter, vanilla, and banana

Mix together all ingredients until completely blended (batter should be a little lumpy)

Grease muffin pan or use paper muffin liners and fill about 3/4 of the way with batter (should make approximately 16 muffins)

Bake at 425° for 8 minutes, then lower oven temperature to 350° and bake for an additional 12 minutes
