Put Bacon in large skillet. Start cooking over medium-low heat
In a second pan, put the 2 tablespoons of canola oil. Put on high heat.
Wash and peel potato. Using a grater, grate the potato into a bowl.
Check on your bacon, flip if necessary.
Put 2 teaspoons of black pepper and pink salt, as well as tablespoon of paprika into the bowl over the grated potatoes. Mix well.
When pan with oil is ripping hot (either oil shimmers or is smoking) put contents of the bowl into the pan. Mash down with spatula to form a flat cake. Turn heat down to medium high after the initial crisp shock from the oil. Cook for 5 minutes then flip. Cook for another 5 minutes.
Crack eggs into a small bowl. Put in milk and dashes of salt and pepper. Scramble with fork.
Pour contents of the bowl into a small third pan on medium heat.
Check on your bacon, flip if necessary, take off heat if necessary
Place cheese slices over the eggs while they are cooking. Continually scrape pan with spatula to make sure eggs cook properly and to fold in the cheese.
When everything is cooked serve on plate together and enjoy.
