Instructions
Grab a food processor with dough blade installed. Add yeast, sugar, milk and water. Let sit for 5 minutes while the yeast excites.
Melt the butter and allow to cool but not harden.
After the 5 minutes is up add bread flour, salt, egg, butter, and seasonings. Close lid and mix dough with food processor.
Remove dough from food processor and place in a well oiled bowl. Cover bowl loosely with plastic wrap. Allow dough to rise for 30 minutes.
While dough is rising chop chorizo into small bit sized pieces. Sauté on the stovetop until crispy.
When dough is finished rising roll out on a floured baking sheet until it's a flat rectangle.
Add a layer of shredded mozzarella on top of dough. Then add the layer of chorizo bites on top of that.
Spray a 9" x 5" loaf pan with cooking spray.
Roll the sheet of dough lengthwise until you have a spiral to place in the baking pan.
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Bake loaf for 35 minutes or until golden brown.
When loaf comes out of the oven, optionally baste the top with a butter and egg white wash.
Allow to cool, slice, and enjoy
